Click Ranch: 100 Years of Family and Fun

This year is the 100 year anniversary of when my great-grandparents homesteaded what we now call "The Ranch".  As many family members as possible gathered to celebrate and spend some time together.  Only 3 of the cousins were unable to be there.  And of course, we had lots of fun.  (The shirts were designed by Carlie, sitting on the front row with the girls and I.)

A photographic recap of Ella and Emma's favorite parts:

Learning how to set the table

Sitting in the cattle chute (most of the family spent their time
working on the remodel of the corrals)

"Four-Year Wheeling" as the girls called it

This picture cracks me up!

We all enjoyed the fireworks, as always, until one got away from the pyromaniacs and headed toward the spectators.  Luckily, no one was seriously injured and no fires were started.  The girls were a little more skeptical of them after that, but they still thought they were pretty.

The room we were in had bunk beds for the girls.  They
usually chose to sleep on the top together at nap time and
the bottom together at bed time.  But, always together.

I LOVE MY FAMILY!!!
